These terms govern your use of the Lumi AI app ("Lumi"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Lumi.

What Lumi is — and isn't

Lumi is a personal coaching app for skincare and hair habits. Its guidance — including AI-generated plans, daily photo reads, and chat replies — is general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated content can be inaccurate. For any persistent skin or hair condition, or before changing treatment, consult a qualified professional such as a dermatologist. Never disregard professional advice because of something Lumi said.

Your account

You need an account to use Lumi, and you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You can delete your account — and all data with it — at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Subscriptions

Lumi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) billed through your Apple ID. Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or from Lumi's Settings. Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms; refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

Your photos, answers, and chats remain yours. You give Lumi permission to process them solely to provide the service — generating your plan, reading your skin checks, and powering your coach — as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data or use your photos for advertising.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Lumi: no reverse engineering, scraping, abusing the AI systems, uploading unlawful content or content that isn't yours, or attempting to access other users' data. AI usage is subject to fair-use limits to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Disclaimers and liability

Lumi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVEN Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
